Standard & Express Shipping
Need your goodies a bit faster? Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and current carrier pricing (USPS or other carriers).
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. We take care to package each order thoughtfully. If your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks of shipment, please reach out to us at shopthegatheringstitch@gmail.com and we’ll be glad to help.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided, and we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, The Gathering Stitch is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and hoping to place an order, feel free to email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
Final Sale
Because of the unique, hand-painted nature of needlepoint canvases and the care that goes into each piece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the issue so we can help resolve it.
